Come to Shambala for a night you will never forget!

Tent Donated by Paul Zway - Action Africa
You and a guest will arrive at four o'clock at our Leo Lobsenz Educational Center, then a quick libation and it's off to visit the "Wild Ones" where staff photographer Bill Dow will document your safari.

And now off to your authentic African safari tent with African inspired designer furnishings. Unpack, freshen up, and stretch out on your hammock.

Enjoy Cocktails on the verandah of your tent. Relax in the twilight glow with lions, and tigers as your only companions. Experience a romantic dinner on your private verandah or by the African house on the lake.

You will savor the catered gourmet fare (by Ila Von Hasperg) as migrating birds frolic in the peaceful water. Enjoy after-dinner coffee and liquors with your gracious host, Tippi Hedren (if her schedule permits), then take a midnight walk-about to wish the Wild Ones sweet dreams.
Back in the Malaika Marquee, you sink into the luxury of your feather bed between the soft linens, while the lions' roar serenades you to slumber--dream of your day at Shambala.

When you awaken, coffee, Shambala muffins and fruit have magically appeared on your verandah.

A quick safari shower, then a leisurely morning walk by the waterfall--a perfect ending to your enchanting stay at Shambala. Alas, it's time to go. A day of activities yields lifelong memories. You will say "Jambo" (Swahili for hello and good-bye), but in your heart, you will long to return. We hope you do.

Your unforgettable overnight safari includes all of the above for a donation of $3,000.  A portion of this donation is tax deductible as permitted by law.  Please call (661) 268-0380 to schedule your memory of a lifetime!

Thank you to all those who made the Malaika Marquee possible.
